Returns / Exchanges:

You many return unwashed/unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days after delivery for a full refund less shipping. All returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return/exchange form.

Returns/exchanges should be mailed to the address on our return/exchange form.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment made within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed in your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.

Using the original packaging if possible, pack and enclose a completed return/exchange form. It is recommended that you ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept COD.

There are no returns on Halloween masks/decor items unless damaged during shipping.

All In stock orders made before 12pm are typically shipped that day. Any order made after 12pm will be shipped the next business day Monday through Friday of each week.

All orders made on the weekends and Holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. All prices will be calculated during check out. At that time you can choose your preferred delivery method.

When purchasing items in bulk or wholesale we ship UPS.

Shipping insurance for all orders is optional. Hip-Bonz, Inc. will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages as a result of shipping. We inspect all items before being sent and make sure they are defect free before leaving our store.

If purchasing more then one "out of stock" or "pre-order" item with an in stock item, we will combine all items once availability has been met and ship them all at once. Should you wish to have an (in stock) item sent immediately, please purchase those items separately.

We will provide tracking and/or delivery confirmation for all United States orders. All tracking will be sent via e-mail and available in your account. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order to receive this information.

International orders will be provided tracking with EXPRESS MAIL or UPS shipping. Parcel Post or Priority mail does not offer tracking for overseas shipping. Should you require tracking, please make sure to choose the appropriate shipping option.

Local taxes will be accessed on all orders sent to customers in the state of California, other states are tax free at this time.

We do ship to PO and APO Boxes, please make sure your box can handle your order, no refunds will be given for any PO or APO boxes that cannot accommodate the package unless it is returned to us. Then a refund will be issued less shipping costs and re-stocking fees.

Ringtones:

The Ringtones we have available on Hip-Bonz.com come in 3 different formats and can be delivered in 2 methods. The first method is to simply download and e-mail the file to your phone and then add it as a ringtone. Instructions are under each ringtone's item description.

The second method is for us to simply send it to your phone via MMS transfer (USA ONLY). In this case we will need to know your cellphone carrier and phone number. If choosing this method, simply post this information in your account and we can take care of the rest. MMS transfers do not work for iPhone. iPhone ringtones are transferred through iTunes to your iPhone.

Ringtone Refund:

Should either method not prove to be successful (older cellphones may not work with certain file types, please check your provider to make sure your phone can work with MP3, .WAV or M4V files) prior to purchase. There will be no refunds given for any order that has downloaded the files.
