1. How do I order Hip-Bonz Merch?

Ordering from Hip-Bonz is simple. You can browse through the current inventory and get a total estimate of cost and shipping prior to purchasing. But you are required to create a Free Hip-Bonz account using a valid e-mail address (for confirmation) in order to purchase an item(s).
2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Credit Card orders are processed immediately.


3. Is Hip-Bonz.com secure?

Hip-Bonz.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure privacy and make sure your personal information is protected.

4. How can I check my order status?

Simply log into your account and you will see posted updates for each order, including tracking information/delivery confirmation numbers when available.

5. When does my order ship?

All Credit Card/Paypal orders made Monday through Friday before 12pm P.S.T ship that day. All orders made after 12pm weekdays, weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
6. How much is shipping?

We use UPS and USPS to ship packages and provide real time shipping costs on our site directly from them. We offer a wide variety of shipping options and you can choose your preferred method at checkout!
7. Will I get a receipt of purchase?

Yes, after confirming your order you will receive an e-mail with a link to your order receipt. We will also send you a printed invoice/receipt with your item(s).
8. Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation?

Either you entered an incorrect e-mail address at sign-up or the e-mail confirmation was marked as "junk mail" from your service provider. Please make sure to add any e-mail from Hip-Bonz.com to your safe list. We don't sell or spam our customers accounts.
9. How can I find out about new products?

That's easy, when signing up for an account, make sure to check the box (at the bottom of the sign-up form) for our Newsletter. We will always let our customers know (well in advance) of new merchandise before it goes live!

11. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. With the exception of pre-orders, we process and ship orders the same day and in most cases will not be able to cancel an order after it has been shipped. Should you need to return an item after it has shipped, you can send it back to us and we will refund your purchase less shipping and 10% re-stocking fee on any non defective item. 13. The item I want isn't available?

If you have a Hip-Bonz.com account, you can click the link on the product desired in order to be notified when an item is back in stock.
14. Is your Halloween Merchandise Officially Licensed?

Yes, all of our Halloween, Halloween 4 and Halloween 5 and Halloween II merchandise is officially licensed and in most cases exclusively available here on Hip-Bonz.com. All Halloween, Halloween 4 and Halloween 5 Posters and Stickers are only licensed to be sold here, so if you are interested in buying them in bulk please contact us directly.

15. Where are you located?

16. Can I order Bulk/Wholesale for my store?

Yes, if you would like to order our shirts for your store at a Bulk/Wholesale price please contact us at this link. If purchasing wholesale in the state of California, taxes must be assessed on total cost of all items (less shipping) unless you provide us with a California re-sellers permit and certificate at the time of purchase. Certain items require a minimum quantity please contact us for forms.

17. I paid for my items...where are they?

All in stock items ship with-in 24 hours of purchase. In most cases we package and have your item ready to ship with-in minutes after you've placed an order. However, all pre-order or out of stock items take a little longer to ship and each product will have information listed to how soon you can expect your item. Please make sure to check the products description prior to ordering to ensure the item you want will be available when you want it.

18. Why does shipping cost more to ship overseas?

Unfortunately this is an area that is completely out of our hands. As recent as January of this year the USPS raised rates on items being sent to Canada and overseas and the rates you see on the site are directly from them. We are actively seeking cheaper ways to ship to these countries and will do our best to save you the most on shipping without compromising the way it is shipped.

19. Will you package my item well when shipping?

Yes, anyone who has purchased from us knows how well we ship. All Apparel is bagged and tagged the second we get them. So each shirt is in it's own durable see through bag when shipped. We used tear proof Tyvek shipping backs for all apparel under a certain weight. For Posters each poster is rolled and then placed in a heavy duty poster bag to protect the item during shipping, then placed in a tube. Smaller Posters are rolled and bagged and are placed in boxes with packing. All Stickers are individually placed in durable plastic bags/covers. We do not place more then one sticker in a bag unless you are buying in bulk. Masks and other items are also placed in protective bags to ensure maximum protection when being shipped.
